The Sidas 3Feet Outdoor High insoles are hiking insoles for high arched feet, the walking member of the 3Feet family. High refers to the arch shell, which fills the volume under a cavus arch that a flat stock insole leaves unsupported.

• For high arches: the tall arch shell contacts and supports a hollow arch through the whole stance rather than leaving it hanging.
• Built for hiking: comfort foam through the footbed and a heel cushioning pad, tuned for boots and walking loads rather than for running.
• Pre shaped, not moulded: these are ready to use out of the packet, with no heat fitting required.
• Perforated for breathability: the perforations move air inside a warm boot.
• Know your arch first: Sidas recommend identifying your arch type with a footprint test before choosing Low, Mid or High.
• Sizes XS to XXL: with a two year guarantee.
• Pre shaped
