The Sidas Foam Met Pads are self-adhesive foam pads designed to fine-tune the fit of footwear by filling excess space around the forefoot. Positioned inside the shoe or on the insole in the required area, they help improve foot hold and provide additional comfort where extra volume adjustment is needed.

• Volume Adjustment: fills excess space inside the footwear for a closer and more precise fit.
• Forefoot Placement: designed for positioning around the metatarsal area where additional padding or volume reduction is required.
• Foam Construction: soft foam provides additional padding without creating excessive bulk inside the shoe.
• Self-Adhesive: the adhesive backing allows the pads to be positioned securely in the required area.
• Improved Foot Hold: helps reduce unwanted movement inside footwear when there is excess internal volume.
• Customisable Fit: allows targeted adjustment of the footwear without replacing the shoe or main insole.
• Pair: supplied as two foam pads.
