Earning bonus points
Registered customers earn bonus points when placing an order through the Adventure Shop website.
Customers receive 1 bonus point for every €10 paid for a product. Points are calculated on the price actually paid for the product, including when it is discounted. If bonus points are used for a purchase, new points are earned on the amount paid after the points have been deducted.
Points are added to the customer’s account once the order has been completed successfully.
Using bonus points
Each bonus point gives a €0.30 discount on a future order. The discount is calculated against the product’s current price after all applicable reductions and discounts.
Bonus points can reduce the amount due up to the current price of the product. If the value of the points used exceeds the amount due, the discount is limited to that amount. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer account.
Validity of points
Bonus points currently have no expiry date. Customers can use them on a future order.
Cancelled or returned orders
If an order is cancelled or returned, the points earned for it will be cancelled. If an order paid for with bonus points is returned, the points used will be refunded to the customer’s account.
