The Sidas 3Feet Run Protect High insoles are road running insoles for high arched feet, the maximum cushioning option in the Run range. A gel pad in the heel is what separates Protect from the lighter Sense version.

• Gel heel pad: the gel absorbs impact at the heel, which is the defining difference between Protect and Sense.
• For high arches: the tall arch shell supports a cavus foot that a flat running insole leaves unsupported.
• Reinforced EVA midfoot: the midfoot reinforcement controls the stride rather than letting the foot collapse inward.
• Forefoot propulsion structure: a forefoot insert returns energy at toe off.
• Merrymesh non slip top cover: the cover holds the foot in place inside the shoe.
• Sizes XS to XXL: perforated for breathability, with a two year guarantee.
