The Sidas Foot Care Kit is a boxed set of creams and gel protectors for preventing and treating the blisters and hot spots that hiking and skiing produce. It is a prevention kit rather than a first aid kit, and it comes in a carry pouch small enough to take with you.

• Anti friction cream: a 15 ml tube applied before a long day, which is when blisters are actually prevented rather than treated.
• Recovery gel: a 15 ml tube of cooling gel for tired feet after a day in boots.
• Gel toe protectors: two toe caps and four toe wraps to cushion the toes that a stiff boot presses hardest.
• Blister pads: two foot protectors for the hot spots that appear anyway.
• Carry pouch included: the kit packs into its own pouch, so it travels rather than staying at home.
• Two size bands: S/M for EU 36 to 40 and L/XL for EU 41 to 47, because the gel protectors are sized to the foot.
