The Yakima SkyBox NX18 is the longer and wider member of the NX family, offering 510 litres behind the same dirt hiding nano textured shell. Internal lid stiffeners, a full metal locking handle and dual side opening make it a serious luggage solution for families travelling with a full car.

• 510 litres of capacity: at roughly 213 by 91 by 42 cm externally, the box holds gear for up to four people on a long trip.
• NX nano texture finish: the textured lid and base hide dust and light scratches, so the box still looks presentable after several seasons.
• Dual side opening: the lid lifts from either side, letting you pack from the pavement whichever way the car is parked.
• Full metal locking handle: the single metal handle secures both the contents and the box itself, with same key locks included.
• Internal lid stiffeners: reinforcing ribs make the lid noticeably more rigid, which improves the seal and reduces flexing at speed.
• Torque limiting knob mounting: the removable knob applies exactly the right clamping force and lifts out once the box is fitted.
• Universal crossbar fit: it mounts to Yakima StreamLine, round, square, aerodynamic and most factory bars, with a crossbar spread of 61 to 101 cm.
• Flat unobstructed floor: integrated tie down points sit flush with the floor, so nothing gets in the way of long or bulky items.
