Description
The Yakima Heavy Duty Straps are a pair of 4,9 m polypropylene tie down straps with galvanised steel cam buckles, the strongest non locking strap in the Yakima range. Box stitched webbing and rubber coated buckles make them the choice for kayaks, canoes and heavy loads that have to stay put over long distances.
- Heavy duty webbing: box stitched polypropylene webbing is reinforced at the load points, where cheaper straps usually give way first.
- Galvanised steel buckles: the steel cam buckles handle high tension and resist corrosion after repeated exposure to rain and salt water.
- Rubber coated buckle protection: the soft coating keeps the metal from marking hulls, windscreens and paintwork.
- Length of 4,9 m: each strap is 16 feet long, which covers full size boats and large roof loads comfortably.
- No knots needed: the cam buckle cinches and holds the webbing, so tensioning takes seconds.
- Supplied as a pair: two straps come in the pack, weighing 0,36 kg in total.
