The K2 Disruption SC with the Marker M3 11 Compact QuikClik binding swaps the metal beam for carbon: a 73 mm waist with a Carbon I-beam instead of Titanal. That makes it lighter and livelier than the MTi and STi, and easier to ski for a shorter, less aggressive day.

• Carbon I-beam rather than metal: the same construction idea as the MTi, executed in carbon for less weight and a more forgiving feel.
• Sidecut and radius: 126 / 73 / 108 mm with a 15.2 metre radius at 174 cm, between the STi and the MTi for turn shape.
• Weight: About 1618 g per ski at 174 cm.
• Rocker, camber and a flat tail: the flat tail is what keeps it holding through the end of a turn.
• Damping and sidewalls: Dark Matter Damping and Powerwall oversized ABS sidewalls.
• Binding: Marker M3 11 Compact QuikClik binding, release range 3 to 11.
• Intermediate to advanced: the carver for a skier who wants the MTi's shape without its demands.
• Safety note: Release values must be set and tested by a technician.
• Rocker
• Camber and a flat tail
