The Sidas 3Feet Run Sense High insoles are road running insoles for high arched feet, the low profile option built around ground feel rather than maximum cushioning. Sidas describe them as bringing you closer to the terrain, and an EVA foam heel pad replaces the gel used in the Protect version.

• EVA heel pad instead of gel: foam rather than gel at the heel, which is what keeps the profile thin and the ground feel intact.
• For high arches: the tall arch shell supports a cavus foot without adding stack height.
• EVA midfoot reinforcement: arch support without the bulk of a heavily cushioned insole.
• Forefoot propulsion structure: an EVA and rubber insert at the forefoot for energy return.
• Merrymesh non slip top cover: the foot stays put rather than sliding inside the shoe.
• Sizes XS to XXL: perforated at the forefoot for ventilation, with a two year guarantee.
