The Marker Jester 18 Pro ID with a 110 mm brake is a heavy duty freeride binding with a release range of 8 to 18. That range is the point: it starts where most bindings finish, which is why it is on the skis of people who ski hard and land big.

• Release range 8 to 18: for heavy, aggressive skiers. If your setting is below 8 this is the wrong binding.
• Weight: 1105 g per binding.
• 110 mm brake: Marker advise a brake equal to the ski waist or up to 15 mm wider, so this suits roughly 95 to 110 mm underfoot. Also made in 90 and 120 mm.
• Sole.ID multinorm: alpine ISO 5355, GripWalk ISO 23223 and touring ISO 9523 soles, with a height adjustable toe.
• Triple Pivot Elite 3 toe: with a magnesium sole holder and a stainless steel gliding plate.
• Inter Pivot 3 heel: with a magnesium housing and an anti ice rail.
• Sole length range: Boot sole length 240 to 370 mm, stand height 24 mm.
• Safety note: Release values must be set and tested on a bench by a technician.
