The K2 Recon 140 BOA Ski Boots are K2's stiffest all mountain boot, closing the lower shell with a BOA Fit System dial instead of two conventional buckles. • BOA Fit System on the lower shell: the H+i1 dial replaces the two forefoot and instep buckles, wrapping the whole forefoot rather than pulling at two fixed points.
• Micro adjustment while skiing: the dial adjusts in increments smaller than a buckle notch and can be tightened or released one handed with gloves on.
• Even pressure over the instep: the circumferential closure removes the pressure ridge a buckle bail creates over a high instep or a navicular bump.
